A collection of 21 Martinique villas has joined the Villas of Distinction portfolio, expanding the booking company’s offer on the French Caribbean island, according to an October 17 announcement.
The properties span eight locations, including Le François, Le Vauclin, Le Robert, Grande Anse d’Arlet and Plage du Diamant. They range from smaller accommodation to villas aimed at families and groups.
Martinique villas gain wider distribution
The collection combines private accommodation with concierge services through Carefree Caribbean. Guests can arrange services such as private chefs, boat trips, transfers, guided walks and diving excursions.
Villas of Distinction chief operating officer Jamie Cash said the addition broadened customers’ options in the Caribbean. Meanwhile, Martinique Tourism Authority Americas director Muriel Wiltord pointed to demand for privacy and flexible stays.
The announcement concerns the distribution of existing accommodation. It did not identify new hotel construction, investment commitments or a target for additional visitor arrivals.
Properties are available through the company’s Martinique collection.
