Riyadh Season has postponed the third edition of the Six Kings Slam tennis exhibition from October to December 27 to 30, the organisers announced on October 14.
The new dates fall in the year-end holiday window, so visitors who planned trips around the original October dates will need to rebook flights and hotels. Riyadh Season is the kingdom’s annual entertainment programme, and sport has become one of its main draws for international travellers as Saudi Arabia reports 123mn tourist arrivals.
The tournament was due to be played on October 21, 22 and 24. The Saudi Press Agency quoted the organisers as citing an ongoing review of the tournament’s arrangements, coordination with the parties involved and an assessment of organisational and logistical challenges that could affect the quality of the experience for the public. They said preparations continue for the new date and thanked players, partners and fans for their interest.
The first two editions, in 2024 and 2025, were played at the 8,000-seat ANB Arena in Riyadh, and Jannik Sinner won both, beating Carlos Alcaraz in each final. Tennis media report that the 2026 field includes Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic, Alexander Zverev, Taylor Fritz, Alex de Minaur and Learner Tien, who replaced Sinner.
