UNESCO designates Kinabatangan in Sabah as Malaysia’s newest biosphere reserve
UNESCO has officially designated Malaysia’s Kinabatangan region in Sabah as a World Biosphere Reserve, making it the country’s fourth site under the organisation’s Man and the Biosphere programme.
