Mexico’s Grupo Xcaret takes All-Fun Inclusive pitch to WTM London

Marking 35 years since its first park opened, the Riviera Maya group is courting UK tour operators with its bundled hotel, park and tour model.

Mexico’s Grupo Xcaret will pitch its All-Fun Inclusive model to UK buyers at World Travel Market (WTM) London on November 3-5, the company said in a statement.

The group, marking 35 years since Parque Xcaret opened in December 1990, bundles accommodation, dining, park entry, tours and transport into a single holiday, giving UK tour operators an alternative to standard Riviera Maya beach packages. It has grown its room count quickly, with Hotel Xcaret Mexico doubling capacity in 2025 to 1,800 rooms across 10 Casas. The show, which this year hosts around 50 tourism ministers, is a key date for operators selling long-haul Mexico.

The portfolio includes the 900-room adults-only Hotel Xcaret Arte and La Casa de la Playa, which has 63 suites. Its parks include Parque Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xenses and Xoxi, alongside excursions such as Xenotes and Xichen.

The group has added chefs in 2026. Karime Lopez, the first Mexican female chef to earn a Michelin star, now leads Xaak at Hotel Xcaret Arte, which has also become home to Le Chique, the Michelin-starred restaurant of chef Jonatan Gomez Luna. Pastry chef Antonio Bachour oversees pastry across all three hotels.

“We are very much looking forward to meeting with tourism industry representatives and members of the UK media at WTM London,” said Akis Neocleous, Executive Director of Hoteles Xcaret. “It will be a valuable opportunity to explore new partnerships, introduce our latest experiences and, above all, share our love for Mexico.”

Before the show, Xcaret will hold the 20th edition of its Festival de Vida y Muerte, a Day of the Dead celebration, from October 30 to November 2. Its signature show, Xcaret Mexico Espectacular, features more than 300 performers daily and has drawn more than 23mn spectators. The group will exhibit on stand N7-220 in the Mexico Pavilion.

Grupo Xcaret is a Mexican-owned company operating parks, hotels, tours and Xcaret Xailing, a maritime division running ferries between Cancun and Isla Mujeres and between Playa del Carmen and Cozumel. Travel + Leisure named Xcaret its Destination of the Year in 2026.
