Dubai luxury experiences platform Beno has opened a permanently staffed guest lounge at the Marsa Al Arab marina, developed in partnership with Jumeirah Group, the hospitality arm of Dubai Holding.
The lounge adds a guest-services layer to one of Dubai’s newest ultra-luxury marine developments. Marsa Al Arab Marina, operated by D-Marin next to the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, offers 82 berths for yachts of up to 61 metres and holds Superyacht Ready and Blue Flag certifications.
From the lounge, Beno coordinates yacht charters supported by a nine-vessel fleet berthed at the marina. Among them is the Santorini, a 115-ft superyacht with five cabins that sleeps up to 12 overnight guests and takes up to 80 for day charters. Guests can add jet skiing, flyboarding, wakeboarding and fishing, with staff arranging transfers to the relevant water sports hub. Beno also runs water sports facilities across Jumeirah’s Dubai hotel portfolio and at Jumeirah Beach Residence.
Reservations can be made at the lounge, on the Beno website or through its app. The company accepts cryptocurrency alongside conventional payment, still an uncommon option among charter and mobility operators in the region.
Beyond yachts and water sports, Beno offers helicopter tours, desert experiences, supercar rentals and private jet services. Founder and chief executive Aiham Bader said the company aimed to redefine transport and lifestyle services through innovation and partnerships, and to keep building bespoke, technology-led offerings.
