Vueling will operate 15 million seats across its network this winter, with 14.5 million of them in Spain, as the Spanish low-cost carrier unveils its schedule for the season starting 25 October.

For agents and tour operators, the main points are a larger Italy offer, more flying from the Bilbao and Santiago bases, and additional London links through both Heathrow and Gatwick.

Domestic routes account for 7.2 million seats, around 250,000 more than last winter. France gains about 4 per cent to roughly 2 million seats, Italy rises 16 per cent to 1.6 million seats and the Canary Islands grow 3 per cent to 2.1 million. The Balearic Islands receive 2.1 million seats on 25 routes.

Barcelona, the main base, will offer 10 million seats to 90 destinations. Naples, Turin and Palermo are up 60 per cent to 300,000 seats, and Paris Orly gains 55,000 seats.

Bilbao grows 10 per cent to 1.5 million seats across 27 destinations, with new links to Rome, Venice, Naples and Turin. London Heathrow gets two flights a day and Gatwick 118,000 seats. A new Bilbao-Santiago route starts at Christmas, while Granada-Valencia begins on 20 March 2027 with three weekly flights.

Santiago de Compostela will have 720,000 seats on 13 routes, up 27 per cent, with a fifth aircraft based there from summer 2027. All seven weekly London flights from the city move to Gatwick. Andalucia gets nearly 3 million seats on 38 routes. For more European winter coverage, see our latest hotel news.
