Endeavor Catalyst has invested $76.6mn in 64 companies across its Middle East portfolio, up from $3.5mn a decade ago, the venture capital fund said on October 20.

The cumulative investment total represents roughly 22-fold growth. The portfolio covers six markets under Endeavor’s regional grouping: Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

These markets account for 15% of the fund’s portfolio companies and 15% of all capital deployed. The announcement did not identify a specific allocation to tourism or hospitality.

The update follows the final close earlier this month of Endeavor Catalyst Fund V. The oversubscribed $320mn vehicle brought total assets under management above $850mn.

Three of the fund’s 15 global liquidity events since the start of 2025 came from its Middle East portfolio, second only to Latin America. The regional portfolio has produced five exits in total.

Companies backed in the region include Tabby, MNT-Halan, Tamara, Kitopi and Moove.

Endeavor Catalyst co-invests alongside venture capital and growth equity firms. It backs companies whose founders have already been selected into the Endeavor entrepreneur network.

Its Dubai hub hosts more than 90 Endeavor entrepreneurs from 20 countries, connecting founders with investors, mentors and operators as they expand across borders.

The update adds to broader investment activity in the UAE. Separately, Ras Al Khaimah has signed three US cooperation letters following talks covering trade, investment and destination development.
