Meliá Chiang Mai has launched a “Wellness Spa Buffet” at its YHI Spa, letting guests build their own 120-minute treatment from seven therapies for THB 2,600 ($80) net per person, the hotel said on October 25.
The package runs until December 31, 2026, covering northern Thailand’s cool-season peak, as Thai hotels lean on wellness to lift spend per guest. Minor Hotels is hosting the Global Wellness Summit in Phuket next month.
Guests can combine traditional Thai, aromatic and deep tissue massages of 60 or 90 minutes with foot massages of 30 or 60 minutes. A body scrub, herbal compress and aloe vera wrap, each 30 minutes, complete the menu.
The spa’s regular menu includes a signature treatment combining northern Thai Tok Sen techniques with Spanish massage, a couples’ milk bath and a children’s therapy for ages six to 12.
YHI Spa has seven private treatment rooms with an underwater theme, plus a Thai herbal steam room and sauna. The offer is available daily from 10am to 10pm.
Meliá Chiang Mai is operated by Spain’s Meliá Hotels International, which runs more than 350 hotels in over 40 countries.
